Why people like to check in on Facebook


I hardly to check in for my Facebook, but some of my friends like to do so.



If I check in some places on Facebook, these places should be a valuable to check in or I will have a special experience or memory for here .

The major function of check in on Facebook is to announce the others where are you.
Next, what are you doing now.  In addition, you can tell others whom are you accompanying with.  Furthermore, you can give a brief of this place and commend your situations.

However, I think check in on Facebook is not a bad thing.  It is the right of personal freedom.  They can check in everywhere, comment anything if it does not mean to hurt others.
