Ang Lee received an Academy Award nomination this morning for directing “Life of Pi,” the 3-D epic based on Yann Martel’s novel. Lee, 58, won in this category in 2006 for directing “Brokeback Mountain,” but to him, “Life of Pi” was a much more difficult film.Directing “Brokeback Mountain” “was quite breezy,” the director said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal. Even though they were high up in the mountains, it wasn’t an uphill climb the way “Life of Pi” was to Lee. “It was actually easy to make, from beginning to end that movie was all good.

Incoming cold stream to bring temperatures down until Sunday
Forecasters say the clear, sunny skies enjoyed on Tuesday will be short-lived. An incoming cold stream will bring temperatures down and could cause intermittent rain in the north and east.
Many people took advantage of the clear skies Tuesday to walk outside.

Theses days are pretty cold and freeze, and I hope all my family and friends put more clothes and keep warm. Especially, this week is our final exam. Hope no one get cold for this crical moment. I have been busy for the final exam for a month, not only my final exam but also our coming dinner party on the end day of this semester. Hope every one will be high pass and have a good time in our dinner party. We are looking forward a fruit and relaxing winter vaction.
