News Title: 35-stone dad loses 22 stone and his XXXXXXL shirts despite temptation of working as a chef

The dad-of-four had developed diabetes and sleep apnoea which caused him to stop breathing up to 50 times a night

When dad Russell Robinson gorged himself into a 35 stone giant it was too much to stomach. Russell, 43, decided it was time to change and has lost an amazing 22 stone. Bizarrely, he now gets his hands on more food than ever... because he has become a CHEF. The dad-of-four fights any urge to binge on the food he prepares as he can’t bear the thought of ballooning again. He used to stuff his face with takeaways and guzzled 40 pints of beer a week. Russell said his colossal size led to him losing his job as a forklift driver at a factory.
