Class Activity with Joy

Sunday afternoon, PM4:00, our last class of weekend study, most of classmates are complete exhausted at this time. But, yesterday at the same time, all classmates were full of energy and morale, if there were windows and tiling in the classroom, I wondered about our crazy laughter would pierce them into fragments.

Few weeks ago, Teacher Cindy assigned us to prepare a presentation for introduction of popular tour spots in Taiwan, all classmates were grouped into 10 teams, each group had to report over 20 hot spots in Taiwan.

Teacher Cindy prepared Taiwan map which was hand made by she and her assistant CC, they were busy for this class activity for whole day.  The activity was Taiwanese Monopoly game! How excited we were playing with whole class members! Each team started from Taoyuan County and the movement was depended on dice. The number on the dice meant how many stations you can move by, you must present the county or city when you stop in, if you land on “Chance” or “community chest”, just took the card and followed the instructions.

At the beginning of the game, each team traveled in Taiwan very slowly, at round two, situation was getting changed, one team had bad luck, their team should return back to the start station-Taoyuan, and few other teams had “community chest card”, they could not forward any more, accepted punishment instead.

One of the punishments was tongue twister, everyone could not pronounce clear and quick, stammered and stammered making tongue twist.

Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.

I saw Susie sitting in a shoe shine shop.

The other punishment was Butt-Writing in the Air, which is a droll body action with butts,  that was making everyone cannot stop the laugh and cheer.  Especially, one of our classmates, he did it unbelievable well and enjoyed his own
performance in the class.

At final round, every team wanted be the winner to gain the Teacher’s special prize, team 5 forwarded six steps far far ahead the others were hopeless at all, guess what? Team 2 got a “Chance” card, this powerful card granted team 2 unlimited authority, they could exchange the stay with other team’s as their wanted, they overturned the situation and became the victor eventually.

Thanks for Teacher and classmates' effort for this day, I were very impressed by those classmates stood in the front of the class, whatever they felt shy, nervous, stammered about their presentation and game punishments, or enjoyed themselves with enthusiasm in the Taiwanese Monopoly game, anyway, we will remember those happiness and joys we had.
